Heads up, mobile banking enthusiasts! Our new app just launched and we think you'll be pretty excited about the new features!

We're Live

We're excited to announce that our new mobile app for iOS, Android and Windows has just launched! You spoke and we listened — and our mobile banking experience underwent a major makeover!

To start enjoying all the new features, simply download the CSCU app from the appropriate app store and delete the old mobile app.

The old app will eventually be discontinued and unsupported, so make sure to upgrade now that the new app is live.

How to Update

The update will work as follows, depending on the mobile device you access the app from.


Apple devices will automatically update if automatic updates are turned on in the device settings. If automatic updates are off, you will need to go to the app store and click Updates at the bottom of the screen. Find our CSCU app and click on Update.


Android devices will need to open the old CSCU app and there will be a link to download our new app.


Windows devices will need to delete the old app and download our new app from the Microsoft Store.

Frequently Asked Questions

Can I view my VISA credit card balance?

At this time, credit card balances are not able to be viewed. Payments can still be made under the Transfer option.

Can I view pending transactions and amounts on hold?

The feature that allows pending transactions and amounts on hold to be viewed is not available at this time. This feature will be available in the upcoming months.
