The Compliance Specialist supports regulatory excellence by managing audits, vendor oversight, and reporting. This role ensures compliance across departments, reduces risk, and helps maintain the credit union’s integrity and member trust in a mission-driven organization.
The Teller processes member transactions, balances cash, cross-sells products, and maintains accurate records while providing excellent customer service.
The Financial Service Representative manages deposit accounts, processes consumer loans, and provides expert guidance on products and services while building strong relationships with members to meet their financial needs.
The Contact Center Representative answers inbound calls from members, delivering exceptional service via phone and electronic channels, manages transactions, resolves issues, promotes products, and assists with remote deposits and online banking.
The Business Loan Portfolio Analyst gathers and verifies financial documents, analyzes data, ensures compliance, and monitors loan portfolios to maintain asset quality.
