2026 Splash Grant: Now Accepting Applications

Educators, it’s time to “Make a Splash” in your classroom!

Community South is rewarding local educators with unique NEW projects or technology beyond the normal curriculum with our 2026 Splash Grants. If you or an educator you know has a new project or technology and is in need of funding, we’re here to help!

This year, we’re giving out $5,000* in grant funds to K-12 educators in Holmes, Jackson, Walton, and Washington Counties.

Our goal is to create a long-term, positive ripple effect by exposing children to opportunities that might not happen in the classroom due to budget limitations.

We’re focusing on STEAM:

Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts, and Math. We highly encourage out-of-the-box thinking!

• Applications are due by March 31, 2026
• Our award committee will review applications
• Winner(s) announced during Teacher Appreciation Week in early May

*Eligibility Requirements: Must be an active teacher at an elementary, middle, high, technical school/college in one of the following counties: Holmes, Jackson, Walton, and Washington. Applications must be submitted online. No paper applications will be accepted.
